# Pairtold

> Pairtold is a pair tarot web app: two people each draw one tarot card, and Pairtold reads the two cards together as the relationship between them. A reading only opens once both people have drawn, so one person always invites the other.

## What Pairtold does
- Pairtold is couple tarot, crush tarot, relationship tarot and friendship tarot in one app.
- One person starts a reading room and picks a category: love & crush, friendship, or family.
- They send the link by text, iMessage, Instagram DM or any chat. The other person joins in the browser with no app and no account.
- Each person draws one card from a full 78-card Rider–Waite–Smith deck. Each card is upright or reversed with equal chance, and the two people never draw the same card.
- The full reading covers each card in depth, how the two cards work together, what might be going unsaid on each side, and three things to try.
- How the cards interact follows classic elemental dignities: fire, water, air and earth either amplify, support, temper or sit neutral with each other.
- The same two cards are written differently for love, friendship and family.
- Pairtold makes a shareable 9:16 story image and a public result page for each reading.

## Pricing
- Starting a reading and drawing cards is free. Both people see the headline and the opening of the reading.
- The full reading costs $1.99, or $4.99 for five readings (USD).
- One unlock opens the full reading for both people; the invited person never has to pay.
